Wow, seems to have been a bad week for a lot of you folk. Hope the rest of your weeks are better.

My back is still killing me, and with sitting awkward my neck and shoulders are now all knotted up too *sulk*pout*

Feeling a bit blah and down at the moment. Can't go into details yet. Will be able to explain more next week hopefully. Possibly not the best of news but *shrugs* no surprise there.
