I dunno, you try and be good, you try and help save the planet by taking the cardboard and wood to a recycling centre.

and all the happens is you get smashed between two cars and neither has insurance.

not a happy bunny :(

Well everyone else has been putting up lists of their goals and like to's , so I might as well do the same.

Responsible Travel
Probably more on the "like to" list. It's something that had been at the back of my mind for a while and it was Cathy who really brought it back to the surface. There were several trips that I would have loved to do, but this is probably the only one that I'd be prepared to do on my own.

Sailing
I really need to get my DaySkipper tidal practical exam passed before the new ICC laws means I need to redo all my sailing certificates.
I've had a word with Ant and Pete and they'd be interested in getting some sailing done at the beginning of this season, so we're on the LS list waiting to see what comes up. My vote is for the Caribbean but I'd be happy with the Med.
After that I'm going to get my butt down to Southampton for some stormy seas and get that last bit of paper I need.

Big yachts are very forgiving, and so I'm half considering getting back into Dinghy sailing to hone them skills. Starting from scratch to try and undo all my bad habits.
When I say half considering, what I mean is I've booked a test sail on the Laser 2000 and the RS Vision, and I've also *grimaces* texted Keri to ask if she'd reconsider coming back to either the Edgbaston or Sutton sailing clubs *squirms*don't shout, I know what I'm doing*

One of the big advantages to both these boats is that with a change of sail, it can go from a club racer to a fun pleasure boat suitable for taking to the campsite I mentioned a few posts back :)

Contacts
What's the point of knowing people if you don't make the most of them?
Starting off with a trip to Fraiche's thanks to Anne getting us a nice table booked.

Music
I really need to stop listening to such crap music - I promise to try and do better with what I download but I've got a feeling this will be another one in the "like to" list [ok, I'm writing this while Tegan and Sara come up on random play... I'm so sad. sad sad sad sad]

Also I need to get back out and see some more live bands. I used to love going to the likes of the Firkin and checking out the local music scene.
I've seriously let that slip the last year or two.

National Trust
Well, I'm a fully paid up member, be ashame to waste it.

Mountains
Number one on the list is not die next month, number two on the list is for no one to actually rely on me to save them next month. Number three is to stop cacking myself with worry about next month *g*
After that, I'm really going to try and get to do the technical route on Teide, although it might end up just being a summer hike up the tourist route - depends on flights and who I can drag with me.

Cooking
Think I need to work my way thru all those cookery books I've got on the shelves. Now this one I'm looking forward to :)

Vacation
I think this one is a bit unrealistic, I'd still like to visit the Dominican Republic and that road trip across the great national parks of the US.
Maybe that's for another time tho especially if I can sort out the Caribbean trip

Cheesey Movies
This I definately need to do more of, and for starters, I think I've going to stick Lara Crofts Tomb Raider in the DVD player... toodles!
